What we collect on this site

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you choose to send us using the "Book a free demo" form: your name, email, phone number (optional), and anything you write in the message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo. We don't sell it or use it for anything else.

To get your enquiry to us, it's delivered by email and handled by our booking automation. We use trusted service providers for hosting and email to do this.

Cookies & storage

We don't use any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies on this site. The only thing we store in your browser is a small record of your cookie choice, so we don't show the notice again. This is strictly necessary and isn't used to track you. If we ever add analytics in future, we'll ask for your consent first.

Our lawful basis

We handle your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch, and your consent when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them — unless you become a customer, in which case your information is covered by our service privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, or object to how we use it — just email privacy@owensutton.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK's data-protection regulator, the ICO (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

We'll update this notice as the site changes and revise the date at the top.
